  Gonzo was delisted from the Tokyo stock exchange in 2009, implying that they were on it at some point. A few more studios have parent companies that are publicly traded: Sony (Aniplex->A-1 Pictures) and Bamco (Sunrise). My knowledge and stuff available from my usual sources are really limited in this area.
